This is to inform the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that Mr. Famikh Amin, has resigned from his position as ChiefExecutive Officer of the Company with effect from December 21, 2025.
The Board of Directors (the Board) has appointed Mr. Amir Shehzad as Chief Executive Officer of the Company to fill the resulting casual vacancy, effective the same date.
Mr. Famikh Amin shall continue to serve on the Board in the capacity of Non-Executive Director.
