TORONTO, Aug. 30 /CNW/ - Further to TSX Bulletin 2006-1084 dated August 28, 2006, TSX's remedial review of the common shares of Luxell Technologies Inc. with respect to meeting the requirements for continued listing has been stayed pursuant to a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal filed with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (Ontario) on August 28, 2006 under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended.
