TRIPPLE GEE & COMPANY PLC: NOTIFICATION OF THE RETIREMENT OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY AND APPOINTMENT OF A COMPANY SECRETARY
We wish to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited, our esteemed shareholders, and the investing public that the Board of Directors of Tripple Gee & Company Plc, at its meeting held on 24th April 2026, approved the retirement of Malvine&Company, represented by Mrs Adenike Sode as Company Secretary of the Company, effective April 24, 2026.
The Board also approved the appointment of Miss Abidemi Muhammed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from April 24, 2026.
Miss Abidemi Muhammed is a seasoned legal and corporate governance professional with significant experience in company secretarial practice, regulatory compliance, and Board administration. She has demonstrated expertise in corporate governance advisory services, statutory filings, stakeholder management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Benin, Edo State, and a Master of Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos. She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister-at-Law in 2015 and is a Chartered Secretary (ACIS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. Miss Muhammed is a Designated Compliance Professional with the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, reflecting her expertise in regulatory compliance.
The Board expresses its appreciation to Mrs Adenike Sode for her contributions to the Company and wishes her success in future endeavours.
