PRESS RELEASE APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR Milan, 22 January 2026 - The Board of Directors of TraWell Co S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Milan, ticker: TWL), a global leader in baggage protection, luggage storage and ancillary solutions for travelers, announces - pursuant to Article 17 of the EGM Issuers' Regulation - the corporate events calendar for the 2026 financial year. It is specified that the Company will make use of the extended 180-day term for convening the ordinary shareholders' meeting for the approval of the annual financial statements, pursuant to Article 2364, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code, due to the need to prepare the consolidated financial statements and the structure of the Group.

The approved calendar is as follows:

6 May 2026: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft statutory financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025. 8-9 June 2026: (first and second call): Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the statutory financial statements as at 31 December 2025 and the presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025. 30 September 2026: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as at 30 June 2026, voluntarily subject to a limited audit review.

Any changes to the above calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
