Corporate Actions Announcement Transcorp Power Plc hereby announces as follows:
Period Ended | December 31, 2025 |
Proposed Dividend | A Final Dividend of Four Naira (N4.00) per ordinary share, subject to shareholders' approval and appropriate withholding tax deduction, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, April 17, 2026. This, when combined with the Interim Dividend of One Naira, fifty kobo (N1.50k) per 50 kobo paid on August 18, 2025, will bring the Total Dividend for the 2025 financial year to Five Naira, fifty kobo (N5.50k) per ordinary share. |
Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday April 20, 2026 to Friday, April 24, 2026 (both days inclusive). |
Qualification Date | Friday, April 17, 2026 |
Payment Date | On Tuesday, May 5, 2026 dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of Friday, April 17, 2026, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
E-Dividend Registration | Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to fill the e-Dividend Mandate Activation Form on the Self-service | NIBSS Document Management Hub Portal, or download the form from the website of the Registrars at www.africaprudential.com, complete and submit same to the Registrar or your respective banks. |
Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates | Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar. |
