Transcorp Power Plc - q1 2026 notification of board meeting

This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange), shareholders of Transcorp Power Plc (the "Company") and the investing public that the Board of Directors of Transcorp Power will meet on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, to consider as follows:

1. the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the "2025 Financials")

2. a proposal for payment of dividend

In compliance with the Closed Period Rules of The Exchange, the Company had announced a Closed Period commencing on 1st January 2026, in respect of transactions on its securities, which continues to subsist and shall remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, to NGX and the general public.

Accordingly, all insiders are prohibited from dealing in the Company's securities during the Closed Period.
