1 May 2025 Quadrise plc ("Quadrise", "QED" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with section 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), the Company hereby notifies the market of the following: The issued share capital of Quadrise as at 30 April 2025 consists of 1,986,695,465 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Quadrise as at 30 April 2025 is 1,986,695,465. Shareholders may use the figure of 1,986,695,465 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Quadrise under the DTRs.
