I'd now like to hand you over to the QUADRISE team. Good afternoon. Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks so much for joining us today. I'm Andy Morrison, the Non Executive Chair of QUADRISE, as many of you I hope will know. And I'm joined by Peter Borup, the Chief Executive and David Scott, the Chief Financial Officer. Jason Miles is often on these calls. He's traveling today, so he sends his apologies. But hopefully, we'll be able to address your questions and also explain the transaction that we're currently involved in. The transaction that you've seen announced is that we've recently made a placing of £1,200,000 at a penny a share, that's our nominal value, to cover our costs until the middle of next year. The reason we're on this call now is to invite retail shareholders to participate in a retail offer alongside that. In fact, from our point of view, it's the existing shareholders that we really want to get involved in this place in which we recognize as being at a low price level. So it's an opportunity really for you guys to understand from us what it is that's brought us to this point, and what we're looking forward to in the future. And then you can make a decision as to whether you want wish to participate or not in the retail offer. And we've received a lot of questions in advance, as you might imagine.
