25 July 2025 Quadrise plc ("Quadrise", "QED" or the "Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding Quadrise plc (AIM: QED), the technology company focused on the decarbonisation of shipping and heavy industry through deployment of low emission fuels and biofuels, announces that it has been notified, in accordance with the intentions set out in the Company's announcement of 4 July 2025, that Jason Miles, Chief Technology Officer of the Company, and Philip Hill, Chief Commercial Officer, sold an aggregate of 1,276,492 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between them at a weighted average price of 3.60 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 July 2025. Following the exercise of share options announced on 4 July 2025 and the subsequent sale of shares to cover costs and taxes, the resultant shareholding of Jason Miles has increased to 10,820,876 ordinary shares and that of Philip Hill has increased to 2,852,533 ordinary shares.
