Aviva plc has announced its total voting rights as of March 31, 2026. The company had 3,050,244,929 ordinary shares issued and admitted to trading, with each share carrying one vote. Following the purchase of 6,720,847 ordinary shares under its share buyback program, which are subject to cancellation, the total number of voting rights in Aviva plc is now 3,043,524,082. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Aviva plc. Aviva plc does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. In addition, on 31 March 2026, Aviva plc had 6,720,847 Ordinary Shares, purchased through the share buyback programme announced on 5 March 2026 and subject to cancellation. Aviva plc does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, as at close of business on 31 March 2026, the total number of voting rights in Aviva plc was 3,043,524,082 .
