Aviva plc announced that all resolutions presented at its 2026 Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. The company's 2025 Annual Report and accounts received overwhelming support with 99.87% of votes cast in favour. Directors' remuneration and policies were also approved with significant majorities, ranging from 94.52% to 96.89%. The proposed final dividend of 26.2 pence per ordinary share was approved by 99.63% of votes. Re-elections of directors and the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditor also passed with high percentages, generally above 94%. The company's climate-related financial disclosures for 2025 received 91.64% approval, and the authority to make political donations and incur expenditure was approved by 98.42%.
