'This is to intorm you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24. 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lahore office 2-D-1, Gulberg III, Lahore, to consider the Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended September 30. 2025 and declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 17-12-2025 to 24-12-2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6. 1 (d) PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
