Following and in addition to the communication sent on March 26, and under the terms of articles 16, no. 4, paragraph c) and 20, no. 1, paragraph b) of the Securities Code, Dualis Capital, Lda, a company previously called IDS Value, Lda., hereby provides additional information on the chain of imputation of the shareholding directly held by it.
Thus, Dualis Capital, Lda. informs that this participation is attributed, in equal parts, to its partners, IDS SGPS, S.A., with António Eduardo dos Santos Sardo as the dominant shareholder, and Global F Holdings SGPS, SA., with Gaspar Ferreira da Silva as the dominant shareholder.
