"TEIXEIRA DUARTE, S.A." hereby informs that on September 16, 2025, it received from DUALIS CAPITAL, LDA a statement regarding the abovementioned issue, which pursuant to Article 17 of the Securities Code is now disclosed to the market, specifically a statement with the following content:
Pursuant to and for the purposes set out in the Securities Code and CMVM Regulation, DUALIS CAPITAL, LDA. hereby provides the following information:
On September 12, 2025, Dualis Capital, Lda. increased its qualifying holding attributable to Teixeira Duarte S.A., exceeding the 10% threshold of voting rights corresponding to the share capital provided for in Article 16.1 of the Securities Code.
Furthermore, we inform, pursuant to Articles 16 and 20 of the Securities Code and as of September 12, 2025, that the holding attributable to IDS Value now consists of 42,113,820 shares, representing 10.02701% of the share capital and respective voting rights of Teixeira Duarte, S.A.
Dualis Capital, Lda.'s holding is allocated, in equal shares, to its partners, IDS SGPS, S.A., with António Eduardo dos Santos Sardo as the dominant shareholder, and Global F Holdings SGPS, SA., with Gaspar Ferreira da Silva as the dominant shareholder.
Furthermore, we inform that the requisite notification to the CMVM has already been made.
