Tatneft Shareholders Meeting Approves Dividends for 6m 2024
On 26 September2024 PJSC Tatneft held an extraordinary general shareholders meeting by absentee voting (the "EGM") with the agenda of payment of dividends for the 6 months of 2024.
The EGM approved the dividends for the 6 months of 2024 as follows:
- preferred shares: 38 Rubles 20 Kopecks, per share;
- ordinary shares: 38 Rubles 20 Kopecks, per share.
The EGM resolved to pay the dividends in cash within the timeframe set out in the legislation of the Russian Federation in the amount of 38 Rubles 20 Kopecks, per each preferred and ordinary share.
The EGM approved 8 October 2024 as the date for determining the persons entitled to receive the dividends.
