VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 15 /CNW/ - Sun Gro Horticulture Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: GRO.UN) announced today a cash distribution of $0.0750 per unit for the November distribution period. The distribution will be made to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2006 and will be payable on or before December 15, 2006. Based on distributions declared to date, the Fund's annualized cash distribution rate for 2006 is $0.90. Holders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to withholding taxes in respect of any distributions of income by the Fund. Sun Gro Horticulture Income Fund is a limited purpose trust established on February 12, 2002 to hold the securities of Sun Gro Horticulture Canada Ltd.
