VANCOUVER, Aug. 15 /CNW/ - Sun Gro Horticulture Income Fund (TSX: GRO.UN) announced today a cash distribution of $0.0750 per unit for the August distribution period. The distribution will be made to unitholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2006 and will be payable on or before September 15, 2006. Sun Gro Horticulture Income Fund is a limited purpose trust established on February 12, 2002 to hold the securities of Sun Gro Horticulture Canada Ltd.
