Notice is hereby given that the cash dividends and share certificates (Bonus and Right) declared by Sui Southern Gas Company Limited ("the Company") details whereof are appearing on the Company's website ss c co k have remained unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years, from the date they first became due and payable.

Despite the Company's proactive effo% in dispatching specific correspondence on the last known addresses of the shareholders to submit their claims instructing them to furnish their claims within a period of three month to the Company, but no reply received, except few exceptions.

Therefore, the Company hereby invites fresh claims from the shareholders to be lodged within a period of 90 days from the date of this notice, submitting them to the Share Registrar at the address given below:

In case no valid claims are received within the stated period from this Notice, the Company shall proceed to deposit the unclaimed dividends with the Federal Government pursuant to the provisions of Section 244(2) of the Companies Act, 2017.
