This refers to our earlier letter vide reference No. SSGC/CS/2025/187 dated November 28, 2025, and PUCARS ID No. 266536 dated 28 November 2025 regarding disseminating of Material Information to PSX.
In this regard, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors' meeting held today on November 29, 2025 and considered only non-financial agenda items. Please be informed that the first Quarter Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2025 were not taken up, as they were not formally recommended by the Board Audit Committee to the full Board.Accordingly, the Closed Period shall continue from November 29, 2025 until the accounts ore approved by the Board of Directors and announced to PSX through PUCARS. A f•^+•! Board Meeting intimatlOH letter to the PSX (or the consfderation of the first Quarter Accounts will also be made in due course.
Please note that all applicable compliance requirements of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and SECP/CRO, Karachi will be duly adopted with respect to the announcement and/or dissemination of the Company's quarterly accounts.
