Board Meeting to consider Financial Statements of Standard Chartered Bankacs a Limited for the third quarter ended 30 September 2025
This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited ('SCBPL' or the Bank') is scheduled at 03:00pm on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 at SCBPL, Main Office, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, to approve the financial statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2025.
As required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, SCBPL enters a "Closed Period" on Monday, 20 October 2025 which will last until the announcement of its quarterly financial results, anticipated to be on Wednesday, 29 October 2025. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive, directly or indirectly, is allowed to deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
