Board Meeting to consider Financial Statements of Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan)Limited for the half year ended 30 June 2025
This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited ('SCBPL' or 'the Bank') is scheduled at 03:00 pm on Monday, 25 August 2025 at SCBPL, Main Office, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, to approve the financial statements for the half year ended 30 June 2025.
As required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, SCBPL enters a "Closed Period" on Friday, 15 August 2025 which will last until the announcement of its half yearly financial results, anticipated to be on Tuesday, 26 August 2025. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive, directly or indirectly, is allowed to deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
