Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
"SPACE HELLAS S.A. TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES - PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE" hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 as in force and following relevant notifications received today from the hereinafter shareholders, that the following changes took place:
Mr. Panagiotis Bellos notified in common with his son Μr. Christos Bellos the opening of a Joint Investment Account. Mr. Panagiotis Bellos transferred from his Joint Investment Account BELLOS PANAGIOTIS-IOANNOU AIKATERINI on February 10th, 2025, 330,000 common registered voting shares, (i.e. percentage of 5.111% of the total 6,456,530 common registered shares) to the new abovementioned Joint Investment Account
BELLOS PANAGIOTIS - BELLOS CHRISTOS.
Regardless of the abovementioned transfer, there has not been any change to the percentage of Mr. Panagiotis Bellos. He holds, namely 1,061,128 common registered voting shares, i.e. a percentage of 16.435% of common registered shares with voting rights i.e. 5.111% (corresponding to 330,000 common registered shares) at the Joint Investment Account BELLOS PANAGIOTIS-BELLOS CHRISTOS with his son, 11.140% (corresponding to 719,278 common registered shares) at the Joint Investment Account BELLOS PANAGIOTIS-IOANNOU AIKATERINI) and 0.184% (corresponding to 11,850 common registered shares) at his individual investment account. Mr. Panagiotis Bellos does not possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.
Following the abovementioned transfer, Mr. Christos Bellos percentage increased from 0% to 5.111% (330,000 common registered voting shares) due to the participation in the Joint Investment Account (BELLOS PANAGIOTIS - BELLOS CHRISTOS). Mr. Christos Bellos does not possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.
