South Logistic Joint Stock Company (stock code "STG ') hereby explains the '‹ discrepancies in Profit After Corporate Income Tax (CIT) between the separate and consolidated financial statements for the 3'd quarter 2025 compared to the same period
in 2024 as follows:

Separate Financial Statements:
The after-tax profit of the Company for the 3'd quarter 2025 increased by 9263% (equivalent to VND 217,7 billion) compared to the same period in 2024, The primary reason is, the Company received dividends from its subsidiaries in the third quarter of 2025.
Consolidated Financial Statements:
The after-tax profit in the consolidated financial statements for the 3'd qUarter 2025 increased by 51% (equivalent to VND 29.3 billion) compared to the same period last year. The main reason is, the port operation unit price and logistiCS vOlume increased in this year compared to the same period last year.
