South Logistic Joint Stock Company (stock code "STG") hereby explains the discrepancies in Profit After Corporate Income Tax (CIT) between the separate and consolidated financial statements for the 4'h quarter 2025 compared to the same period in 2024 as follows:

1. Separate Financial Statements:

   The after-tax profit of the Company for the 4'h quarter 2025 decreased by 375% (equivalent to VND 8.5 billion) compared to the same period in 2024. This decline was primarily driven by significant expenses incurred for the Group's 50th anniversary celebration and additional tax assessments following a tax inspection.

2. Consolidated Financial Statements:

The after-tax profit in the consolidated financial statements for the 4'^ quarter 2025 increased by 50% (equivalent to VND 27.5 billion) compared to the same period last year. The main reason is, logistics volumes increased this year compared to the same period last year.

South Logistic Joint Stock Company explains this to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
