FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Rome (RM), April 14th 2025 - sostravel.com S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Milan, ticker: SOS), an Italian digital travel platform for bookings, itineraries, flight and airport information, car rentals, experiences, and travel tech services including Lost Luggage Concierge and Dr. Travel, available through the sostravel and Flio apps as well as the websites www.sostravel.com and www.amare.travel ("Sostravel" or the "Company"), with reference to the ordinary shareholders' meeting convened for April 29th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., on first call, and if necessary for April 30th, 2025, same time and place, on second call, hereby announces that are available to the public on the Company's website, in the section "Investor Relations / Information for the shareholders", on the Borsa Italiana website and at the registered office located in Rome (RM), Viale Europa 98:

• the call notice of the ordinary shareholders' meeting, published today also on the authorized storage mechanism, as well as in extract in "Il Giornale";
• the explanatory reports of the Company's Board of Directors on the subjects on the agenda of the aforementioned shareholders' meeting;
• the annual financial report for the 2024 financial year which includes, among other things, the draft financial statements as at December 31st, 2024, together with the reports of the Directors, the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• the proxy form.
