Sostravel: Notification of Change in Share Capital

Rome, October 5, 2024 - SosTravel.com S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Milan, ticker: SOS), a digital operator in the market for air passenger assistance services ("Sostravel" or the "Company"), announces the new composition of its share capital following the filing with the Rome Companies' Register of the certification of the share capital increase pursuant to Article 2444, paragraph 1, of the Italian Civil Code. This filing, dated today, results from the exercise of the Sostravel Warrants 2021-2026 - ISIN IT0005446718 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Sostravel Warrants") up to November 30, 2024.

The share capital change occurred following the issuance of 138 new ordinary Sostravel shares (ISIN IT0005338675), without nominal value, deriving from the exercise of 138 Sostravel Warrants during November of the previous year. Below is the T1 form, as required by Euronext Growth Milan procedures for capital-related operations:
