• The Quarterly Report and the Consolidated Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the 3-month period ending March 31, 2026 (unaudited) will be published on May 15, 2026, 8:30 AM (Romania time). The reports will be available:

  • on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, https://www.bvb.ro;

  • on the company's website, https://www.romgaz.ro, at Investors - Interim Reports and

  • printed, at the Company's headquarters, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.

    The consolidated condensed interim financial statements for the 3-month period ending March 31, 2026 are prepared according to the International Accounting Standard 34 and are not audited by the independent auditor.
