Presentation - Binational Highway Bridge Presentation

1. Concession: CS Infra will be responsible for maintaining and operating 14 km of highway, including the bridge, as well as managing the Unified Border Center (CUF), where customs procedures for exports and imports are conducted.
2. Tariffs:

   • CS Infra's revenues will consist of tolls and services provided at the CUF, as well as additional revenues approved by COMAB

   • All tariffs are in US dollars, converted monthly to local currencies and adjusted annually by the Consumer Price Index ("CPI")

3. Winning Bid: CS Infra - USD 26,602,000.00 (0.38% premium)
4. Bid Payment: US$2.6 million on the date of signing the contract, with the remaining balance to be paid in 24 annual installments
