Sif N Announces Changes to its Executive Board

Roermond, 15 June 2026 - Sif Holding N.V. today announces that Pepijn Timmermans will step down as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board as per 15 June 2026.

The decision has been made by mutual agreement and follows discussions regarding the next phase of the Company's development. The decision is not related to any disagreement regarding the Company's strategy, financial reporting, governance or operational outlook.

Neil McArthur, Chair of the Supervisory Board, commented:
"We thank Pepijn for his efforts and commitment during his time with the Company. On behalf of the Supervisory Board, I wish him every success in his future endeavors."

Following Pepijn's departure, Chief Executive Officer Fred van Beers will assume responsibility for the operational activities previously overseen by the Chief Operating Officer. The Company does not intend to appoint a successor at this time.
