Sif N announces change to its Supervisory Board

Roermond, 6 July 2026 - Sif Holding N.V., a leading provider of offshore wind foundation solutions, today announces that Mathijs Koster has resigned as member or the Supervisory Board due to personal reasons.

Mr Koster will not be immediately replaced, as Grachtenheer 10 B.V. intends to use its investor nomination right once a suitable candidate has been selected. The Company and Grachtenheer 10 B.V. will make further announcements in this regard in due course.
