Notice Regarding Approval of Revenue Projections Related to Wheeling Charges for a Subsidiary, YONDEN T&D

Our subsidiary Shikoku Electric Power Transmission & Distribution Company, Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as "YONDEN T&D")., submitted an application to the METI Minister on July 10, 2026, for adjustment to

revenue projections related to wheeling charges, with the aim of appropriately reflecting rising prices, labor costs, and interest rates in its transaction prices and maintaining the construction capabilities and supply chain necessary for stable power supply.
