Credit/Dispatch of Bonus Share Certificates.
We are pleased to inform you that the share certificates in respect of Bonus Shares
i.e. 25% for the period ended 31 December 2024, approved on April 28, 2025 have been dispatched to the shareholders through courier service/credited to their respective accounts in the Central Depository System (CDS) of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) on June 3 .2025.
Kindly note that the above credit/dispatch of bonus shares is restrict to 80a-90%(as per tax status) of the bonus shares, the remaining the bonus shares shall be credited/dispatched after the collection of income tax as required under section 236Z of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
