Change of Company Secretary
In order to comply with the Regulation 24, of the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance Governance) Regulations, 2019 which states that the same person shall not simultaneously hold the office of the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of a listed company, we wish to inform you that Mr. Aqeel Anwar Kamal has been appointed to take over the role of Company Secretary of Shaheen Insurance Company Limited (Company) w-e-f July 1, 2025.
Mr. Nisar Ahmed Almani would continue as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, who was previously holding both positions of CFO as well Company Secretary.
