Board Meeting for Approval of Half Yearly Accounts 2025
Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Shaheen Insurance Company Limited (Company) will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. through video link at the Registered Office of the Company to consider Half Yearly Accounts for the period ended June 30. 2025 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from August 21, 2025 to August 27, 2025 as required under Clause S.6.1 (d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director. CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
