This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 04, 2026 at Registered Office at 3.5 KM, Feroze Wptwan, Warburton Road, Kot Shah Muhammad, near Chandi Kot, Tehsil & District Nankana Sahib to fix the number of Directors for the forthcoming Election of the Board of Directors of the Company.
The Company has declared "Closed Period" from January 29, 2026 to February 04, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in share of the Company in any manner during the "Closed Period".
