This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 04, 2026 at Registered Office at 3.5 KM, Feroze Watwan, Warburton Road, Kot Shah Muhammad, near Chandi Kot, Tehsil & District Nankana Sahib have approved the following:

1. In terms of Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the directors have fixed the seven (7) number of directors to be elected in Extra General Meeting of the next term of three years.

2. Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., at 3.5 KM, Feroze Watwan, Warburton Road, Kot Shafi Muhammad, near Chandi Kot, Tehsil & District Nankana Sahib.
