Cologne, 4 February 2026 : The Supervisory Board of SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG (7P), a German IT consulting and services company, has appointed Mr Jörn Caumanns as a member of the Executive Board, effective from 1 March 2026. Mr Caumanns will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a result, the Executive Board, which currently consists of one member, will be expanded as of this date. Mr Caumanns has been appointed for a term of three years. The Supervisory Board is delighted to have gained Mr Caumanns, an expert with extensive transaction experience, for the company.
