SEVEN PRINCIPLES : raises forecast for the 2025 financial year

January 2026 : SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG (7P), a German IT consulting and services company with a focus on the digitalization of business processes, expects to close the 2025 financial year better than previously forecast. According to the unaudited December-results, the company achieved consolidated revenue of around EUR 60 million and EBIT of around EUR 1.8 million in 2025. Based on these results, the annual forecast has been adjusted as follows: For the 2025 financial year, revenue and gross profit are expected to be at the middle or lower end of the previous forecast ranges of EUR 58 - 63 million (revenue) and EUR 36 - 40 million (gross profit). The forecast for EBITDA has been raised to EUR 2.1 - 2.3 million (previously EUR 0.5 - 1.5 million) and for EBIT to EUR 1.7 - 1.8 million (previously under EUR 1 million).
