Cologne, 23. September 2026. SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG (7P) posted a profit in the first half of 2026, despite the burden of one-time expenses related to the company's ongoing transformation, and is maintaining its full-year forecast.
According to the unaudited December-results, the company achieved consolidated revenue of around EUR 30,4 million (previous year EUR 30,3 million) and EBIT of around EUR 0,2 million (previous year EUR 0,7 million). Against this background, 7P is maintaining its annual forecast, which predicts revenue of between EUR 56 million and EUR 61 million and gross profit of between EUR 34 million and EUR 37 million. EBITDA is forecast to be between EUR -1,0 million and EUR 1,0 million, and EBIT between EUR -1,5 million und EUR 0,5 million.
