Conclusion by the Issuer of a loan agreement with ELIS CONSULTING sp. z o.o. with its
registered office in Wrocław
The Management Board of the Company Selena FM S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces to the public that on 18.12.2020 the Issuer concluded a loan agreement with Elis Consulting sp. z o.o. (the Borrower) for a total amount of PLN 40,000,000.00 (the Loan Agreement).
The interest rate under the Loan Agreement is 5% per annum.
The repayment date under the Loan Agreement is 31 January 2022, whereby the Borrower can repay the Loan at an earlier date.
The Issuer's claims under the Loan Agreement are secured by a blank promissory note issued by the Borrower along with a blank promissory note agreement and a promissory note issued by Krzysztof Domarecki acting as the Loan Guarantor along with a promissory note agreement.
Simultaneously, the Issuer indicates that the conclusion of the Loan Agreement is a significant transaction within the meaning of the Public Offering Act, but, due to the exemption provided for in Art. 90i, paragraph 6 of the above- mentioned Act, it shall not publish a separate announcement in this regard.
