Deadlines for the submission of periodic reports in 2021.
Pursuant to § 80 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent (the "Regulation"), the Management Board of Selena FM S.A. announces the dates on which the Company will publish its periodic reports in 2021:
- separate annual report for 2020 | - 23 April 2021 | |
- consolidated annual report for 2020 | - 23 | April 2021, |
- extended consolidated report for the first half of 2021 | - 17 | September 2021, |
- Extended Consolidated Report for Q1 2021 | - 28 | May 2021 |
- Extended Consolidated Report for Q3 2021 | - 26 | November 2021. |
At the same time, the Issuer also informs that pursuant to § 62 (1) and (3) of the Regulation, the Company intends to publish extended consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information and extended consolidated semi-annual report containing condensed semi-annual financial statements.
