This is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Secure Electronic Technology Plc ("SET Plc" or "the Company") will be held on Thursday, 26 March 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended 31 December 2025 (2025 AFS), among other matters for deliberation.
As previously communicated to insiders in compliance with Rule 17 of the Issuers Rules 2015 (as amended), a Closed Period commenced on 1 January 2026 and shall remain in force until 24 (twenty-four) hours after the filing of the 2025 AFS with the NGX and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Consequently, no insider of Secure Electronic Technology Plc may deal in the Company's shares either directly or indirectly until twenty-four (24) hours after 2025 AFS are filed.
