Notice of Exit of Company Secretary and Appointment of Acting Company Secretary.
Secure Electronic Technology Plc ("Secure Electronic" or "the Company") hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited and its esteemed shareholders that the service contract of the Company Secretary, Ms. Irene Attoe, Esq., ACIS, expired upon its completion on 31st January 2026. The Board of Directors has taken note of the expiration of the contract.
The Board expresses its appreciation to Ms. Irene Attoe for her professionalism and contributions to the Company during the period of her engagement and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
In order to ensure continuity in the Company's statutory, governance, and regulatory functions, the Board has appointed Ms. Leticia Otomewo as the Acting Company Secretary of Secure Electronic Technology Plc, pending the ratification and appointment of a substantive Company Secretary at the next Board meeting.
Leticia is a results-driven executive with 22 years of experience in driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions. She is a collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
The Company assures the investing public that all Company Secretariat responsibilities and regulatory obligations will continue to be discharged in full compliance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act, applicable regulations, and the Nigerian Exchange Limited Listing Rules.
