The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Tanzanite Lawfirm, represented by Busiyi Osikanmi, as the Company Secretary of Secure Electronic Technology Plc, with effect from 23 April 2026.
Tanzanite Lawfirm was established in 2022 and is focused on delivering modern, technology-driven, and commercially strategic legal services. The firm has developed experience advising corporations, SMEs, startups, NGOs, financial institutions, and private investors across Nigeria. Its core practice areas include company secretarial services, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, tax advisory, structured transactions, and dispute resolution.
Busiyi Osikanmi is the Managing Partner of the firm. She holds LL.B, B.L, LL.M, and ACTI qualifications. She provides strategic leadership and oversees key practice areas including corporate governance, compliance advisory, commercial transactions, tax structuring, and regulatory matters.
She is recognised for delivering innovative, commercially practical, and results-oriented legal solutions, assisting clients to navigate complex legal and business environments effectively.
The Board is confident that this appointment will further strengthen the governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial framework of Secure Electronic Technology Plc.
