This Corrigendum is being issued with reference to the Public Announcement of Intention ("PAI") dated May 15, 2025, published on May 17, 2025, in Business ReCorder and Daily Nai Baat, issued by Optimus Capital Management Limited (the "Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Sapphire Fibres Limited (the "Acquirer").

The Corrigendum is being published to incorporate certain clarifications and refinements to the original PAI, in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

All actions taken pursuant to the original PAI shall remain valid. Except for the changes outlined herein, all

other terms and information contained in the original PAI remain unchanged.
