BAM to deliver sustainable and mixed-use extension of Rabobank headquarters campus

BAM and Rabobank have formed an integrated project team for the redevelopment of the Matser site adjacent to Rabobank's headquarters in Utrecht. This sustainable, mixed-use extension of the Rabobank campus on Croeselaan will comprise 81,600 m², including 67,000 m² of office space and associated facilities, 145 rental homes across social, mid-market and private rental segments, as well as a range of public amenities. The renewed campus will become a green destination for both the city and Rabobank.
