Area developer AM, part of BAM, has acquired the Holiday Inn development site on Fellenoord in Eindhoven from Somerset Capital Partners. At this landmark location, adjacent to Eindhoven Central Station and at the heart of the Brainport region, AM and BAM's residential construction business will work together with the Municipality of Eindhoven and Fellenoord 2040 to create a vibrant new urban neighbourhood, delivering approximately 1,000 homes, community facilities and a mix of complementary uses. The development will make a significant contribution to Eindhoven's housing ambitions and continued growth.
