TORONTO, Nov. 11 /CNW/ - Avante Security Corp. (TSXV: ASY) (the "Corporation") announced today that effective December 12, 2008, Mr. Kevin Gilbride has resigned as CFO of the Corporation for personal reasons. Mr. Gilbride has advised the Corporation that he will be available to assist in a transition period. The Corporation has started an immediate search for a new CFO to join the management team.
