Under the terms of the arrangement, Electro-Guardian will act as agent and as exclusive distributor for the Company's new Avante smartboxx family of technologies in Panama. Electro-Guardian, S.A. is Panama's premier property and personal security provider. Electro-Guardian works with numerous companies in the telecommunications, insurance, and energy management industries, among others, which provides a large opportunity for global sales growth.
