DIVIDEND PAYMENT It is announced that on 28 April 2026 the Shareholder's Meeting of Rai Way S.p.A. approved the Annual Financial Statements at 31 December 2025 and then resolved to allocate a gross dividend of Euro 0.33 to each of the ordinary shares in circulation, that will be paid from 20 May 2026, with entitlement to payment - pursuant to Article 83-terdecies of D. Lgs. n. 58/1998 and art. 2.6.6, paragraph 2, of the Regulation of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - on 19 May 2026 (so-called "record date") and after detaching the coupon no. 12 on 18 May 2026. The dividend itself, which is not entitled to any tax credit, may be collected by the Shareholders, net or gross of tax deductions according to the regime applicable to the percipient, with the respective intermediaries participating in the system of centralized management of shares (Monte Titoli S.p.A.). SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING MINUTES Please also note that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting of Rai Way S.p.A. of 28 April 2026 will be made available to the public with the prescribed manner by 28 May 2026.
